First met Carlos through his work with the contractor I was using at the time on a development in Kingsville. During that time I became more and more impressed with his approach to things: fast, accurate responses and the ability to look at solutions through the eye of the owner/developer. When I had the opportunity to develop additional properties in the Valley I jumped at the chance to have Carlos and AEC work for me as my civil engineer and I am so happy I made that decision.
